that is just weird, flashing the right FW should have fixed the issue, plz unplug the battery and replug and try again, make sure that battery is 0%.

Huh ? Please explain. What do do first. Disconnect battery, and then reconnect and try again. Or drain battery to 0% first ?

1disconnect and reconnect battery.
- let it reach 0% and then flash the watch.
This is a problem indeed
If the firmware did not fix it there is a serious problem somewhere.
I really need you to try and find out what your ORIGINAL version was - BEFORE you flashed anything.
It’s really important.

I’m not 100% sure any more. At first i thought it was the firmware from kingwear website. But it also could be the lemfo1 firmware. I notice that when i connect my watch to the computer it says lemfo as usb device. I will first try to disconnect and reconnect battery en drain first. Will try to reflash firmware. Will keep you guys updated.
Once again thank you so much for helping.

Sorry to be annoying - but are you saying that you flashed LES1 firmware onto this watch ?
It is a very different watch to the KW88 and so I thought I should make sure I got this correct.
Please let me know.
Cheers
Pablo

Annoying ? No way! You guys are helping me a lot. I guess i started with the les1 firmware first. Thought i saw somewhere that you could also use that firmware. I wanted new clockskins. Since my smartwatch comes up as a lemfo usb device this has to be it. I disconnected the battery and reconnected it. How can i best check to see if its drained ? I’m afraid to turn it on. Because i have to restart the whole process of disconnecting and reconnecting again. What should i do ?
Ok disconnected the battery, and waited until it completely drained. Reflash ?
yes.

yes.
Sorry to say, but still upside down. This is driving me nuts. Btw, which timezone are you guys in ? Because sometimes the replies take a couple of days. Not to be disrespecfull, just wondering
I am in Australia.
Anyway, ok so nothing works for you.
So I still need to know what the original firmware was that you had on the watch before you messed with it.
I don’t know if this will ever be fixed because firmware from a different model has been used but the only hope is to find out what the original version is.
gameunit , i’m from Israel but i try my best to be on the forum as much as i can, are you sure that your watch is the model that you are trying the firmware on? open the watch disconnect the battery for a while again and see if there is info of the model inside the watch, i wonder if you have different kw88 or different watch at all, there are zgpax watches that looks alot like the kw88 and it might be one of them, if you can upload picture of the watch and where did you buy it from that would be great.

I do believe that i used the lemfo firmware aswell. I tried to reflash that. The logo started normal, but after it loaded up, it was upside down again.

Yes, the Lemfo firmware is most likely why we can't get it back to normal. I still need to know what the original firmware version was on the watch when you bought it. It's not helpful to know where you bought it. The reality is that there are 3 known variations of the KW88. If we are to have any hope of finding out the problem - you need that information. The seller cannot help - they post out hundreds of these every week. All different types of screen.... The real issue is that you flashed a firmware from a different model that is not compatible - this is the root cause. I have very little hope of fixing the problem given that you did this and flashed the pre-loader as well. It is possible that you also formatted the watch when you flashed it. There are so many possibilities here. I'm sorry I don't have any better news
That’s ok. I already ordered a new watch. Eblaze thor pro. Got a partial refund for this one. But still want to fix this. Im gonna do my best to back track my steps, to find out which firmware i used. I got it from this board.
Please - find out what firmware it had originally.
It really doesn’t matter which one you flashed because you know it’s the wrong one.
It would be really helpful to find out what it was when you got it…
Although I understand that if you didn’t write it down - it’s almost impossible.
However, that firmware I posted - the hehui version - was the only one we didn’t have.
So if this didn’t work it has to be because the Lemfo LES1 firmware caused a serious problem with the watch.

Yeah, i guess it did. it had to be lemfo firmware since the watch shows up as a usb device as soon as i connect it to my pc.

Yep,
I am still surprised that using the firmware upgrade option in SP Tools with the new firmware does not fix the problem
