Day 2. From 100% 7AM to 30% 6PM. 4G cell service only, no Wi-Fi of Bluetooth, screen on raising on.

The band is not perfect. It should have a tab on the sliding thing to stop unexpected movement.

I like the watch.

Tomorrow, I’ll use it as a watch only, and see if it’s a viable option over a regular basic activity tracker whatch.

Hi, something that is very important to us that you can feedback any issues you find as soon as possible so that we can address the problems and release new firmware.

I mean any issues at all. Including Google apps, WiFi, Bluetooth, battery use - anything.

Much appreciated.

Cheers

Pablo

Hi mate,

The firmware we designed for this watch has the same ability to use a Clockskin folder on the storage and it works.

If anyone is interested - it is also able to use 4G for data in the USA.
Band 5.

Just also for information.
The firmware is designed to use 4G for data ONLY.
When you make a phone call it will switch automatically to the strongest GSM band.

Another FYI,
The BT app on the phone can now be used to download and add faces from the server they have.
It also has a software button for support.
When you click it - it will bring you to our support forum.

Hi Pablo11,
Are you referring the GSM to be 2G or 3G?
If the call only can be used as 2G, most of USA carriers can’t work well. Currently, only T-mobile supports 2G.
If you are talking GSM to be just none-LTE, then it can go with 3G and can work on AT&T network though…

The LTE band 5 is very limited in USA anyway. AT&T supports this band in narrow area. T-mobile seems like only use in 1 particular region for now.
Is the LTE band limited by f/w? or h/w on this device?    If it is by f/w, is there a possibility to enable LTE B2 or B4? B2 and B4 is widely used in USA right now.

Well - all I can tell you is that it defaults to GSM for calls.
I haven’t tested it yet but it is possible that if GSM is unavailable it might use 3G.

Before I get into the details in a video, there’s one thing that I don’t know what it does: Hand bright screen. Can anyone shed some light for me on what it does? Thanks!

If you turn this on - the screen will light up for a few seconds when you raise your wrist to check the time.

Day 1 with everything on (LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, positioning, etc..) with a few minutes of play on the screen. From 7AM at 100% to 3 PM, at 30%. The speaker and microphone(I guess) are on the side as the button. It's the small hole. I'm happy with the watch as it is. I'll deep inspect everything and repost back.

Hi . Did you have raise / wake screen on or off . Thankyou

I get similar autonomy on my les1 with a much smaller battery, I’m surprised your results are not better. Lte, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth I can get almost 12hrs… With gps and all the other stuff, about 7:30hrs.

Day 3. Watch at 60% at 9PM with only cellular on. No data Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Happy with the results. As long as I can get it through the day with my activities…

Has anybody got outlook to synchronize with an android watch (standalone) with either the app or imap? That’s one of the things I haven’t figured out yet…

I tested the GPS acquisition time. In between 15 and 20 seconds. Open area (outside park with the kids). Pretty accurate (within a few feets).

With or without sim on gps test . Thankyou

With SIM. I found out today that the GSM signal is working if you're not in airplane mode, even if it seems disabled in the settings. More testing is due on this matter. I'll report back later.

Feedback here please and tag me in the post. I'm not sure I understand what you mean about GSM. The watch should use 4G or 3G for data and GSM for calls. This is by design.

It is because 4G drinks battery and I mean seriously drains it. If you can get a day from this with 4G data enabled - it's a good result!!

Watch is stuck. One thing that works is hold the power button for 10 seconds and reboot the Watch. When booted, nothing appears. If I hold the power button for a few seconds, then I can either power off, reboot or recent tasks. Any button/time combination to hard reset the watch? Or can I flash it to initial rom? Something went haywire and I Don't know how… :/

Thanks!

Ok, don't panic and don't try anything until I give you the firmware.

Don’t want to wreck your new watch!!!

I will have it ready for you soon.

Please be a little patient and we will fix it up. :+1:

While we are waiting, can you charge it please and let me know how much battery it says it has when you connect to the charger?

I just noticed. On the back instead of ‘smaRT watch’, It’s written ‘smaTR watch’.

Hello pablo11. I don’t have any information whatsoever on the status of the watch. only thing I can view is the reset menu or the Recent Task menu, which doesn’t show anything (I resetted a few times). I will leave it on, on the charger and wait for your instructions. Thanks!
