If you use your Prime as a stand alone phone AND use photos of your contacts, do those pictures show up in the contacts?
They don’t on my new PrimeSE even after syncing to my Moto phone.
I use mine as a standalone and all my photos show in contacts, all I did was put my sim card in and it worked from day one.

Thank you, I think I found the problem. It seems all of my contacts on my computer were deleted. And I have now restored them with their pictures and everything is working well. Thanks again
