I bought Kospet prime watch yesterday through gearbest.com.
Heart rate monitor is continously falling. i even turned back of the watch. i could see green light coming up.
But both the Watch & APP cant able to recognize. its showing as heart rate monitor failed.
whether its a temporary problem. or else do i need to replace my watch.
Pls advice.

After resetting also. Heart sensor s not working…
We had a member the other day where it only worked with his finger on sensor ? Does this happen to you ? Also members with really hairy arms also could not get working .
