Lemfo Lem8 no ringtone or vibration on calls or notifications

Hi all!

I have a lemfo Lem8, a few days ago i noticed that it wouldn’t vibrate when receiving a call or notification on any app.

The Ringtone volume level option is disabled, the vibrating on call it’s on but still it won’t vibrate.
I check on FB Messenger to see if it was disabled, which it was but i couldn’t enable it.

I’ve had this smartwatch for over a year and this is the first time i have troubles of any kind.
Can anyone help please!

Maybe you have the quiet profile turned on? It’s the top left button in the toggles screen you access when you swipe down on the home screen on most watches.
