According to Wikipedia, wearOS 1.0-1.3 (back then android wear) was based on Android Lollipop
It says it runs “Arrow WearOS”

Apart from the camera gimmick there’s nothing much (mtk6580, 1gb ram + 8gb storage, and it’s not full android)
