There have a been a lot of discussion and designer request for me to support PROTECTED watchmaker face format.
Benefit is for designer to be able to protect (lock and encrypt) his work and be able to see it running on the launcher for all of you to use it.
It's a new opportunity for designers that spend a lot of time on those faces and will now be able to protect and sell (if they want) their work.
This new protection support  has been shared and discussed with Watchmaker  and designers so that it has been agreed that my launcher is authorized to support it.
Thanks for Alex, Terry, Pablo11 and others to have made this possible.
For those who are interested in the protection details, i can just say that i will not give you any hint, so no need to ask !
Pulsing default skin is not a bug, it’s a feature that shows that the engine is working good.
To use the wrist on gesture (with compatible watch), disable the system one and enable mine in the settings.
If you want to uninstall : first you need to go in launcher settings 3rd screen and click little button with “Uninstall me”, then go to system settings locate app settings there and uninstall there.
If the launcher is shifted right and bottom, then you probably have activated the square zoom mode of your watch !!Â
a log file is created in case of crash on the root of your memory (same place where you create your ClockSkin directory)

Clockskin Features :
clockskin file support is not full : are missing arraytype : 17, 18, 97 and 98
clockskin Skins can be read in ZIP format : no need to decompress a skin in the ClockSkin directory, just put the zip file.
NEW clockskin animation possibilities with WFD.

Note that the ZIP file should not contain the skin in a sub directory or NEW it could have a directory with the same name as the file.
General Features :
Double tap opens a dialog box where you can : choose between Night and Day mode (when supported by the skin), adjust the zoom factor and choose/reset the skin.
no more watchTMP directory needed !! => Faster on the fly decompression.
moon phase calculation
per skin zoom and watchmaker tags backup (so that you can retrieve your skin changes). Reset Skin erase this skin backup (go back to clean skin)
tuned UI for skin / location settings. Some font sizes are corrected.
high contrast notification (touch notification icon one more time to switch to this mode)
gallery skin choice by name or date
live heart rate monitoring update (toggle on the double tap dialog box)

How to install the Launcher :
transfer the APK on your watch, then install the APK
activate the correct authorisations requested by the app
push the power button to force the Launcher choice window : select the launcher and “Always”.
better to reboot the watch in order to disable the system launcher…Â
I do not speak English I help with the translator. On my finow x 5 air I have a problem with your pitcher not stays stably active The basic fimware turns off your pitcher so I have to reactivate it often. only the issue of fonts that are now well read is solved
The best launcher.
what could be added: widget to the right and left, icon appearance and launcher background. it is my opinion.

looks nice, but i immediately got a crash of the app.
here my steps:
uninstalled release version (lemfo lem5, i used the special vesrion earlier not standard 2.2.7, if you remember).
installed ver 2.3, granted all necessary rights, started the app, until here everythings fine and the standard pulsing watchface came up.
i than swiped and wanted to switch to one of the .watch faces (minority report style face), that i like.
when switching to that face, the launcher crashes and can’t be started anymore. problem after that: i can’t uninstall version 2.3, button in app menu is blacked out.
tried uninstalling with lucky patcher, but also this didn’t work.
i than deleted the app folder and swiped cache. currently restarting.
will update.

thanks, very nice update, same happened with me as dexx, the launcher stop working when i use some protected files, not all of them. i cleared cach and data of the launcher an than work fine. hope this issu will be solved in future updates. many many thanks for your great work
one question: is it possible to have an option to sort watch faces by name or by added date or a grid view so we can scroll faster?

many thanks for this new release, ricktop! As I’m not a fan of protected watch faces I’ve not tested them yet. Sorry for annoying, but all the issues I’ve meant before are still there (only to let you know) on my DM368:
widgets dissapear after restart and …
if I add them again the launcher asks me whether it should be set as default launcher
notifications are not shown in the most cases
BTW, I’ve tried Watch Droid. Really nice app, with some useful features. Notifications work like a charm … There are some points though I’m not happy with, I mean usability and the fact that it’s kinda “third app”, I mean, runs apart of the launcher and so not so comfortable to use. So I still hope you can fix these issues … somehow … some day …
qqdevil have some trace/log files? Unless you want to donate your X5 air to ricktop your post is useless
ricktop there is still something off with {wci} (it was in 2.2.x too; I was just gathering info when you posted 2.3). wci should normally be 3 chars long and be like 05d or 11d, right? Now see attachments (sorry about the font; I was just using what was already available on the .watch)
Also is something like this: type=“text_curved” x=“0” y=“0” gyro=“0” rotation=“{drss}” supposed to work? (i think it’s not) But this type=“markers” x=“0” y=“0” gyro=“0” rotation=“{drss}” works (well started working with 2.3 )
